The FAI World Grand Prix is an official international competition open to all spectacular Air Sports of the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (FAI), the World governing body for Air Sports.

Participation is restricted to top level solo pilots and formation teams
holding the appropriate Display authorisation (or FAI World Grand Prix Licence).
The competition focuses of one programme:
Artistic
Creativity (flying to music).
Judging is provided by a panel of expert Judges but public votes can also be considered in a separate ranking.
